Refund policy

Returns
Our return policy lasts 15 days from delivery date. If 15 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

Before filling a return request you have to make sure your purchase qualifies for a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Damaged or defective items must be reported by email within 3 days of delivery (Please email info@adamsandso.com for assistance).

** Please note that Gifts cards are exempt from being returned **

To complete your return request :

1. Log into your account using this link and submit a return request

2. Wait until your return request gets approved

3. Mail the returned items along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Your return will be processed in approximately 10 business days after reception of your returned items.

Please do not send your item back to our warehouse.

Return drop-offs are not accepted at our Distribution Center

Adams & So does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Paypal refunds should be reflected within 3-5 business days from processing date.

Late or missing refunds

If you do not see a credit to your account within 14 business days, first use your refund confirmation email and contact your banking institution so they may help you facilitate the process. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

No return or refund will be accepted on items purchased during sales such as Black Friday, Boxing Day and Cyber Monday.

Exchanges
Most of our products are limited edition. Please note that Items can only be returned for refund. We welcome you to repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style once your refund is issued.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you by email.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
